I don't agree with everything in this summary, but you do make some very good points. Im very interested in this subject and I myself do alot of research as well. Either way it was a well thoughtout and nice read so I figured I would leave you a comment. Feel free to check out my website sometime and let me know what you think.

One of the many issues surrounding working mothers is that they do not know how to counterbalance their time. Mothers who demand to work or finish an upcoming project often do so, but they occasionally feel guilty about missing out on quality time with their children or their attached partner. It can also be the other way round, as well. Many operating mothers are concerned to, essentially, put their household first in certain positions, in fear of falling back their jobs. One of the many ways that you can go about balancing a family and a career is by dressing aside time for both your family and your important career. For instance, if at all possible, you will want to try and found hours just for work or work touched tasks. If you have to work overtime, it is advised that you do so, especially if your task may be at risk. That is oftentimes what is difficult for many mothers, when swearing on their income, it can be hard to put work second. With that in mind, it is essential that you leave work at work. This gives you the opportunity to put your family first, and establish yourself as working woman particularly when you are at home with them.

Thank you for this! I have been struggling with whether or not to start our family now or later. I have debt, but I really don't want to wait to have kids. I see someone with a baby and I know it's what I want. My career can wait for a better economy.
